Betty is the sweetest girl, as cute as they come, but she has had some hard times. She came to me bony and with terrible feet, skin/coat and teeth, never dewormed or vaccinated. Learned she was pregnant but she had a stillborn Jenny foal, likely from her lack of care and groceries. She is now gleaming with health, a good weight, beautiful hair coat, vaccines and teeth and feet are current. She would make a wonderful brood Jenny so she could help perpetuate her rare breed but is large and strong enough to be rideable, too. She is very alert and diligent and would make a great guard donkey. She will still need regular hoof care and careful feeding so she won’t get fat as donkeys do. She loves her baths, leads well, (most of the time-she is a donkey after all.) She also loads in the trailer, again, in her own time. I love her a lot but I am moving and sadly can’t take her with me. I promise you will love her, too!
