β Honey β is 12 years old and is the classiest smutty buckskin mare standing right at 15 hands. This beautiful mare is a barn favorite at the ranch. She is super quiet minded and extremely gentle for any level rider. Honey is the horse we use when we have family in or the nieghbor kids want to come over and ride and she always takes care of them the very best! She is extremely personable and in your pocket and enjoys any attention youβre willing to give her. She has been used for a little bit of everything here at our place and is always willing. She has checked fences and water gaps down in swampy bottoms , gathered momma cows in thick brush and always stays sure footed and takes care of her rider. Honey is truly just a good citizen all the way around and would be a great addition to any family looking for a horse that will fit them all. She would be a great confidence builder for a kid or an adult who has had a bad experience or hasnβt rode in a few years. Honey has been trail rode all over the place and has even camped out over night. She has been through water, thorny briars, picks through thick woods and mud and is mindful of her surroundings and the rider on her back. The kids could take her to playdays or just follow mom and dad out on the ranch with her and be 100% safe. Honey is accustomed to being around all manner of chaos whether it be equipment, side by sides, crazy cow kids, cattle, dogs, chickens etc and never bats an eye!
