Willow is a very dark bay, registered as solid with the PtHA. Sired by Good Cruisin Machine, and out of a buckskin AQHA mare. 4 months of professional training, extremely calm and confident mare. I LOVE this mare, and it breaks my heart to have to give her up, but I broke my back in a car accident and may have to give up riding all together or find a gaited horse. Willow has NEVER offered to buck, rear, strike, bite, kick, or any other nonsense, even on the initial days under saddle!! She will stand tied for hours, trailers well, easy to bathe and do hoof trims. Stands perfectly still for mounting, and has a good stop to her. She will go through water, over logs, down the street, through heavy mud, and any direction you point her. Has been ridden bareback and ridden with just a halter. Willow is not your typical mare by any means… She will confidently move out on her own, without feeling the need to stay back with other horses, but at the same time she will quietly go along to the back of the pack as well. She has no spook to her, but will approach odd items with nice alertness, and has not refused anything! Not mare-ish. Will make a great kids horse for a kid who knows how to ride. She is as solid as they come! VERY amateur videos of Willow on my YouTube channel: @BrendaLaurel-fs3dk May consider a partial trade on a very smooth gaited trail horse.
