If you’re into nerds, “Sheldon” is picking up what you’re putting down! But seriously, this boy is so sweet, unassuming and completely irresistible!

Despite that horrible pickup line, Sheldon has so much to offer. Starting with his big brown eyes, kind look, and ears that are always forward, it’s hard not to fall for him.

We first meet Sheldon during his 3 year old year for a spring training tune up and we instantly wanted him to stay for good. It took some convincing, but we finally made a trade and he’s been passing all the tests we’ve put before him.

Without question he can handle time off and still be a perfect gentleman. He truly wants to be a teachers pet and do whatever is asked of him.

Gym class is not his favorite, he’d rather not do the cardio, or play dodgeball, for that matter as nature walks are more his thing. But he understands the physics involved with sliding stops and spins.

Sheldon knows about real world work too. He has been used on the ranch to gather, sort, doctor and brand. He keeps a level head on his shoulders with the bawling calves, loud mamas, and branding corral chaos.

Sure footed in the mountains, casual on the trails, steady in the arena, it’s all just part of being Sheldon. And he rocks it! No hassle, no maintenance, no nonsense. Sheldon is easy to be around, shoe, clip, bathe and turn out with other horses. Don’t let his age fool you, this sweet, old soul has years to give his best to you!
