Rosie is a 14-year-old pony cross mare that stands 13.2HH and is the perfect little partner for someone needing something safe and broke! Rosie was owned and raised by the same lady for most of her life where she was used as a trail horse and for all the kids to grow up on! She is absolutely safe for the kids to ride inside and outside of the arena. Little ones all under the ages of 10 have been learning how to ride on her! Rosie is even perfect for a small adult looking for something to enjoy that is closer to the ground and easy to mount! Rosie is an absolute trail blazer, and nothing bothers her! She has been exposed to all types of terrain, water, trail obstacles and traffic! She has been ridden in the snow, rain and just about every type of weather! She will lead or follow a group and will also ride out alone! She even ponies, so if a family is looking for a pony for a child to do lead-line on the trails, she is perfect! In the arena, Rosie can be ridden both english or western! She has great transitions, picks up the correct leads and will ride one or two handed. She is probably one of the best neck reining ponies we have ever offered!!! Rosie will lightly side pass, back up and pivot on her haunches! She will lope off on a smooch or a kick, and is pretty easy going! She will go around the barrel and poles and could easily be made into a playday pony! She has been desensitized to all the tarps, pool noodles, and fun obstacles! Rosie is very easy back at the barn! She has no bad habits, is very easy to catch and loads and unloads like a dream! She can be turned out in whatever type of herd settings with no problems. She is UTD on all coggins, vaccinations, trimming, worming and dental care. She is great for the farrier, and is currently barefoot with the perfect little feet! She has always been sound and never had any health concerns. PPE’s are welcome at your expense and we can help arrange shipping anywhere!!! We are located one hour from the Houston, Airport for all out of state parties interested in visiting Rosie!
