Looking for the perfect trail, step-up, or 4-H pony?

12 year old, 14.1h grade mare, “Catie” is an honest, personable mare who enjoys having a task. W/T/L, more whoa than go with a bit of a “lesson horse” lope, but easily transitions with a stronger leg/crop.

She has been off property trail riding at Eau Galle park, where she easily scaled bluffs, crossed water, bridges, encountered other horses, deer, and hikers with confidence. At home, she rides out by herself or in a group, and we use her to train the colts and pony younger horses.

We have ridden her English as well and started her over cross rails, she has a lovely snappy trot and is happy to go over poles and low jumps.

Catie is a steady, confident mare and is just as easy to ride off property as she is at home. She has been in professional training for three months and is now ready for her forever home!
