This exceptional mare has been professionally saddle trained, with many months experience, and has shown herself ready for nearly any rider skill level. Pictured with one of her regular riders, a 70+ year lady, Phoenix is very sweet natured, loves attention and is an easy keeper. She is proven 'grandma safe' and has ridden through park land, water crossings, indoor and outdoor arenas, down the trail alone or with company, and can handle gallop work in open fields. She loads on the trailer ready to go and steps off calm and easy. She stands tied, bathes, and enjoys being groomed, is easy to do for the farrier and is up to date with vaccines and deworming. Gets along well with other horses in the herd.

She is a calm, easy going mare with more whoa than go, and a forgiving nature.
We would love to see her go to a home that values her skills under saddle and will enjoy her for her training and ability to be a solid riding partner. But she would also be a wonderful addition to any Fell Pony breeding program, as Phoenix has a rare maternal line not usually found in pedigrees in North America.
