Off the Track Thoroughbred. Todo retired approximately two years ago after a successful career on the racetrack. He was a barn favorite and has a great attitude for grooming, vetting, hauling, etc. He’s good with dogs and little kids too. He was purchased two years ago as an eventing and trail riding prospect for an adult amateur. However we’ve since discovered he has neck arthritis and would be most appropriately placed as a companion horse. While he may be able to be ridden for years to come, the adopter should adopt him as a companion with no expectations for riding or riding regularly. At this time he’s a fairly easy keeper. He can go without shoes. He seems to prefer field boarding. He does not require any medications to be comfortable. That could change if his neck arthritis worsens with age. $500 adoption fee, which may be waived depending on the circumstances. Vet reference required. Serious inquiries only please.
