Fritz P’s Jolene, better known as Jolene, is a 7-year-old Registered Friesian Heritage Horse. (50% Friesian, 25%Morgan, 25%Percheron)
On the trail, Jolene is calm and relaxed. Crosses water, limbs, logs… anything in front of her. She will confidently go wherever you ask!
At home, Jolene is easy to catch, a pleasure to groom, and stands to be saddled and bathed. Jolene isn’t buddy-sour; rides away from the barn with no issue. Zero mare tendencies. Stalls well or can be turned out. Not bossy in the field and gets along with everything. We tote our 9-month-old son with us on Jolene around the farm. My son loves her!
In town, Jolene is the same as she is at home. You can unload anywhere and ride. She is traffic-safe! Jolene loads and unloads in a regular-size slant trailer with rear tack with no issues!
My teenage daughters, who have almost zero experience driving horses, can harness, hook, and drive Jolene with little assistance. She drives/works single and double. We have pulled the wagon and drug logs and turned over the ground at the neighbors. This mare has grit. She will work all day!
Jolene sells with her registration papers, recent wellness exam, & current coggins. She has been vet-checked open and can be bred if you choose to do so.
