Irish 🍀 is an exceptional horse with a wonderful brain He has a goofy personality and absolutely thrives with a person of his own. I've invested in his training earlier in the year and he went to his first dressage show and he did great. Placed 3rd in both his classes. I have been contemplating even posting him for months but recently had a hard conversation with a friend and decided I need to get my numbers down. I have 5 which leads to the why he is for sale. I don't realistically have enough time to work with all of them and maintain good relationships with all of my horses and the time I do have to ride I want to focus on eventing. I feel like somebody is always on the backburner. Irish will need some maintainence he has a little arthritis in his ankles so he is limited to flat and trails. Although my vet told me we could jump smaller things I have never pushed it. He has popped some small crossrails with no issues. I've only had him injected once in his ankles. He does keep fronts on and he is on farriers formula and he is up to date on everything including coggins. I can provide xrays from years ago and the ones I redid in spring/summer out of curiosity and to get my vets opinion on whether he can jump or not. I have put a lot of beginners on Irish and he is happy enough to just plod along with them but he would thrive with a more experienced rider (intermediate) that could bring out his potential. He trail rides better with others I say this bc sometimes he can spook a little but never anything crazy. His trot is super nice but he does have a big canter. He would def make a stellar dressage horse. He cross ties, stands for farrier and vet and baths, grooms, trailers well, etc He also trained but never raced. I have about a million pictures of him and he will be passed along with a right of refusal and no slaughter clause from who I got him from.
