Sheriff is a sweet, curious, and friendly Morgan pony gelding. He is well-mannered under saddle w/t/c and jumping up to 3'3" courses. Sheriff is a very keen and safe jumper in the arena and out on cross country. He is a 'leg on' kind of horse and he can take a joke. Currently ridden by confident kids and teens.

Sheriff has winning competition experience through 3' show jumping, Beginner Novice eventing, Foxhunting, 30 mile endurance, 25 mile CTR, Ride and Tie, and green horse in the hunter rings with plenty of scope to develop. He is the same ride at home as he is off farm.  Happily jumps liverpools, panels, barrels, coops, roll tops, etc and is great with water crossings and water jumps.  Sheriff camps overnight well.  Sheriff loves attention and children. He would make a nice step up eventer, show jumper, or pony club type mount.

Sheriff is easy to keep and manage. He is friendly and gets along well in the herd. Sound barefoot with great feet. Fully up-to-date on all vaccines, teeth, dewormer, chiro, etc. Good for the vet, farrier, bathes, etc.  Loads and hauls easily, ties well.

Sheriff has been in a program but does best with consistent riders. He can have a 'ponytude' if he is not reminded occasionally of his manners. Sheriff does not buck, rear, or kick.  Very trainable, eager to learn, and nicely food motivated. Mild cribber, controlled with a collar.

Not appropriate for a beginner or a nervous rider.  Super fun pony with a very safe jump for someone interested in continuing to develop him in eventing or hunters.  Ready to roll and very competitive in the jumper ring.  Not a complicated ride.
