Gidget is a flashy, smart, bold and personable mare. At 14.3 hands she would be eligible for the small horse category in the National Dressage Pony Cup. She would be an eye-catching dressage or working equitation horse and can go english or western. She has done lower level dressage work and has had recent training at a western facility. She is bold on trail, has worked cattle, and navigated obstacles and ground poles. She has recently moved to a dressage trainer to update and expand her dressage skills. The trainer has been quite impressed with her work ethic, trainability and movement. Even though she is 12, she has ‘low mileage’ due to not enough time, and too many horses. Gidget would be a great all around horse for an amateur rider and could progress quite well in dressage. She has excellent manners; loads, ties, quiet for farrier (she goes barefoot), stands for mounting, fine with bathing and hosing. She accommodates to new things quite well. Videos available upon request. She has videos working in western tack and videos working dressage.
