Butters is 9 years old and stands 15.2hh and athletically made on sturdy bone and feet! Butters is a gentle and sweet mare she loves to be pampered and LOVES to work. She rides western or English AND drives! She will stand on a single toe or cross ties and is good for the farrier and vet to work on as well as be groomed and saddled. Under saddle she is a FUN ride! Butters is upbeat but not hot and really loves to go to work whether under saddle or in harness- she’s comfortable and has the easiest canter transition I think I’ve ever ridden. Butters collects in contact and will trot and canter on a circle in the arena or ride down the trail. Butters rides out alone or in a group and has been around cars, farm equipment and animals like cows, pigs and dogs. Butters would make a great fox hunter, field hunter, field trial, competitive/endurance trail and a great western horse for all day trail riding, play day events and so much more. Butters is clean legged, barefoot and sound and has no known vices or limitations. As always we welcome vet checks at the prospective buyers expense.
