"Freya" is a 2023 Hanoverian filly by the Hof Sosath stallion For Dance (For Romance / Rubiloh) out of an imported dam by Ferdeaux. Freya has shown in-hand twice as a yearling and has done quite well, including earning the 3rd highest in-hand score of the day out of 40 horses at a Young Horse Show. Her in hand scores have included an 8 for her walk, 8.3 for trot, and 8.1 overall impression. Judges commented on her lovely feminine type, super walk, very good activity, suspension, freedom of shoulder, and springs in her hocks!

Her sire For Dance is currently winning at Prix St. Georges with his amateur rider, with scores that are often in the 70’s. He is known for passing on outstanding rideability to his offspring, along with excellent types and very good movement. Freya’s imported dam Keauxmanda is by the superstar producer Ferdeaux and her dam sire is the Grand Prix sire Uphill. This terrific pedigree combines the best of German and Dutch bloodlines.
