Who is looking for their next performance horse? Eventing, dressage, jumpers, I believe she could do it all! Lightly raced (5 starts) and regally bred, she is by Daredevil and out of a Fusaichi Peagasus mare. She truly is drop dead gorgeous; I get so many compliments on her DAILY. Besides the typical short thoroughbred back, she is very correct in her conformation. Big hip, lovely shoulder, and clean legs with the athleticism to match. 3 beautiful uphill gaits and really rounds up and uses herself well. I could easily see her competing in upper level dressage and/or eventing.
Haven has lots of buttons, including forehand and haunch turns, side passing, leg yields, haunches in and out, etc. Put your leg on, and she frames up and is ready to work. Haven tries very hard to please, but she is 4 and has her baby moments. Therefore she is for experienced andvanced riders only.
While she can be handled, loved on, and worked with by other people, she really wants to be a one person horse. It really has taken me a long time to post her because she is going to be so cool, and its hard to let talent like this go, but part of training horses is training them for other people to enjoy, and she is going to make someone very happy. Plus with her single person attachment, I believe she really wants a long term or forever home.
Great feet, shod in the front and is an every 8 to 10 weeks kind of horse for the farrier. Haven leads, stands for the farrier, is great for the vet (current on vaccines, coggins, and dental), fine with water/bathing, and loads/trailers like a dream.
Due to age and the fact that she did race, she has just now been started over fences (I wanted her joints to have a chance to close and rest after racing). She has been an absolute rockstar! Super rideable to the jumps and has lovely form; hasnt put a foot wrong. Only cross rails so far to start but training will continue and advance as long as she's with me. Trail rides behind the boarding property unfazed, even willing to take the lead and seems to quite enjoy herself. Has been taken off property and was the same horse. Never been lame since ive had her. Clean Xrays and PPE (from when I bought her) written up by attending DVM available for serious inquiries.
