Blue is a big sweet gelding who is on the bigger boned side of the thoroughbreds, he is very reliable and on the lazy side. I don't ride him with spurs but sometimes a crop is needed for the weaker riders. He is currently ridden by myself and a low intermediate rider who learned to canter and jump on him. He can definitely take a joke but he's still a decently educated horse and he is 8 so if a beginner rider is interested there needs to be a trainer involved or I can discuss helping as well. He doesn't buck or rear.

He's quite a nice ride, w/t/c plus walk to canters, collection, leg yields, turns on haunches/forehand, courses 2'6 consistently but can do up to the 2'9 with some more consistency. Lead changes are there but have to be asked for, has competed a handful of times but not in a while. Front shoes, some arthritis that I treat him for and wouldn't be the concern of a lease. Open to various lease options as I am working full time and I think it would be a win-win for someone looking for a nice safe horse.
