Looking for a perfect fit for purchase or lease.
Cherie is an immensely wonderful mare, who needs a person who is interested in developing a strong bond & would like to show in schooling, 4H, dressage, & or arabian sanctioned shows although not a requirement to show.
What must be of top priority is a person who has arabian & horsemanship experience, willingness to commit the time & love. Se is a typy & beautiful mare with the talent to have fun on the trails (better on natural trails than paved) to the show ring.
She's a gem! She bathes, clips, hauls, comfy wherever you take her, great for the farrier and veterinarian

About Cherie:
~2004 purebred arabian
~Very sweet, smart, sensitive, talented, and beautiful mare
~Region V top 5 country pleasure reserve
~Region V top 5 show hack champion
~Skilled at simple lead changes, halter & getting better with showmanship, equitation, pleasure, would excel in sporthorse, dressage, & halter
~Has been on trail rides but she will do best hacking out with other horses on the trail. She is not a leader she likes to be in the middle or rear
She works best with someone who:
~Has some experience with dressage and natural horsemanship
~Has experience with Arabians / sensitive horses
~Is a soft hand and has a good, balanced seat
~Let’s her take her time to bond and has patience dialing in with each other
~Affirms her especially when she is following through and executing what you've ask of her
Details of lease option:
~In-barn lease at Dutch Hill facilities
$500/month (can be discounted if you help with the self-care chores or CoOp)
Includes:
~1 lesson per week with me (depending on your skill level) and 1-2 ‘free rides’ per week (I will work her on the other days)
~Owner will oversee all prep for upcoming horse shows (bathing, clipping, planning schedule) w/support from Lessor
~Hauling to horse shows if both lessee and owner are showing the mare
~All food, care, vet costs, farrier, and other ongoing costs related to her care
~All tack, blankets, etc → you will use my things unless agreed upon otherwise
Excludes:
~Hauling her off premises without explicit permission from owner
~Anyone else other than the lessee handling and/or riding her
~Any and all costs related to showing if owner is not at the same show
