Lincoln is such a cool guy. He is a trotter not a pacer, He is friendly and sweet, very smart and playful. He's is the class clown and makes you laugh with his silly ways. Lincoln was raced in harness and retired early due to him wanting to pull left. He has had no injuries, no illness, no training issues. Lincoln has been slowly started under saddle now and seems very happy. His temperament has him safe for a 10 yr old girl to handle and ride him already. He doesn't spook at much, will walk over and carry tarps, pool noodles, walks over a bridge, we can bounce the big ball all around him, flap things around him etc. He accepts things very quickly. At the time of this ad he is just walk trot under saddle as we are going slow and correct with him. His canter is developing on line still. I can see Lincoln being a dressage or hunter type horse, he does go over low jumps at this time too. I'm sure he will love trail riding as he seems to like to explore new things. Lincoln is a rare color for his breed and the chrome is a bonus. He turns heads everywhere he goes!
