Senior owner's been on and off the fence about rehoming 'Portia' for quite a while now, to no fault of hers. 'Portia Cayenne Afire' has many years of professional training. Trained thru second level dressage (schooling third), shown Hunter Pleasure, Halter Classes+ by her previous owner and her trainer. Own Daughter to Champion Stallion 'Justafire DGL' producer of a great many accomplished show winners, and a Granddaughter of Numaa++ (Dam's side). Sweepstakes Nominated. Evaluated on conformation and movement as a prospective PSG, National level horse by international Judges. Portia looks and acts like a much younger horse (people can't believe she is 19). Easy keeper and doesn't require any special care. No extra maintenance, no medications, injections, etc. Up to date on 4-way (flu/tet), deworming and hoof trim. Yearly dental/exam 10/11/24, and everything looked good. Tidy in her stall and paddock area (likes to stay clean). Handled/used by different ages and levels of riders since we've owned her (8+ years). Lots of buttons if you know how to ask. She appreciates a soft hand, balanced seat. When Portia is in sync with her rider, where you look is where she goes. Easy for grooming, picking up/cleaning feet, leading, etc. Great stall manners and respectful of your space. Several blankets, leather halter with her name engraved, neck cover, polo wraps, halters/leads, misc., go with her. Multiple visits to get familiar with Portia (and ride), along with your own pre-purchase exam, trainer's evaluation, etc., will be welcome. When Portia leaves, we want her new owner/s to be tickled pink with her. My first choice of partners for Portia is with a confident intermediate rider that can ride regularly. Turnout time in pasture where she can run around and fill her oats will be a plus (or a large all-season arena). Asking $7000/cash, to a great home. No trades, etc. Please call (three-six-zero)366-3631 (land line, no text) for more information. Thank you.
