Brody crosses water, logs, and bridges just great. He self-loads in the trailer, stands for the farrier. His current owner has ridden him more than 1,500 miles on the trails, so he's seen it all. He's happy in the front, middle, or back. He has gone horse camping many times and highlines great. Very surefooted. He backs, side-passes, turns on the forehand and haunches. His gaits are very solid, with a nice flat walk, fox trot, and canter. Easy keeper with super strong feet. Hasn't needed shoes, we will boot his front feet in the summer but ride barefoot the rest of the year. He came to Lauman Training for a tune up and to help him find a new home. His owner just doesn't ride as much as he needs. We have found him to be a very solid guy, rides out alone, or in groups. Brody needs a confident rider because he can be forward but he has no buck. He neckreins and handles easily and loves to fox trot and lope on the trails and will walk nicely with non gaited horses on a loose rein. Brody is up to date on everything, including his dental, hooves, and chiropractic. Contact us here at Lauman Training to learn more about him, see videos, and arrange a time to come see him in person, you won't be disappointed!
