Highlife is a Unicorn gelding and at a perfect age of six, has a lot of miles left on him. What job did you want to do today? He can pack/pony a kid, pair out cattle, take you on an enjoyable trail ride, go to a sorting, rope and doctor cattle, go to a little jackpot roping, you get the gist. He is not a show horse but does have all the basic handling and maneuvers. Highlife is the same horse everyday. You can ride him once a month or every day. He knows his leads, and has a basic stop on him; he side-passes, backs, and has a basic turn around. We have bred and raised this horse. Highlife is easy to get along with; he likes people, is easy to shoe, bath, tack up, load on a trailer, and will stand tied all day. He's seen a lot between the feedlot and the ranch. He is NOT the dominant horse. He is always at the bottom of the pecking order. He has been both barefoot and shod. He has been on pasture, grass hay and alfalfa and supplemented with grain only in times of high use. We are selling this horse because we have others in training and more coming up the pipeline. We just can't keep them all. (***In Video, the footage of Highlife roping out of a box, was the first time he ever roped out of a box. We think this shows how good minded he is.) For fastest response please text or call. This gelding does have a scar on his chest, from an accident this past summer. It's healed well, and we have pictures. It does NOT affect his performance in any way. It looks good, but we believe in telling the whole story. This gelding is IMM N/My; we would discourage a home to a boarding facility where other peoples horses come and go all the time, and disease/sickness management is not in your control.
