Here is one you don’t want to let slip by! “Forest” is a beautiful Dun gelding with a nice big hip and stout build. He stands 14.2hh and is built to last. He has been used to gather cows, beginner trail competitions, and trail riding. Forest has mostly trail experience and will cross anything in his path, including logs, brush, water and bridges. We’ve taken him to the local trail course many times where he has no hesitation or spook with obstacles.
Forest rides out alone or with others on the trail. He is sound and level headed for a young gelding with great ground manners.He is easy to bathe, great with the clippers, and easy to load and catch. You can call his in from field and he comes running to greet you. He is great with small kids and dogs and is used to wildlife on the trails.
In the arena, Forest has a nice lope, is taking both leads, and has a nice stop and reverse. He is working on side passing to open and close gates. Forest crosses the tarp and will carry a flag.
