Go to www.AdamsHorseAndMuleCo.com for more pics and a video. AHAMC has been in the horse business and sold horses over the internet since 2005. We have a long track record of success with hundreds of happy customers. We work hard to match riders with the correct horses and specialize in beginner safe, family friendly horses that have been used and checked out by our family! Zeus is a stout built TRUE BLUE ROAN draftcross gelding standing around 16.1-16.2hh, he will weigh 1350lbs, he is 5 years old and is one the most kind and gentle horses that you will find! Zeus is out of the same breeding program as several other top draftcross geldings that we have had over the last 4 years and every one of them has the right mind with the calm nature that makes them great family horses. Zeus has been in our program since last year and has completed the natural horsemanship training and does liberty work and he also knows some tricks, he will bow, lay down and set on his rump. Zeus has been ridden by every member of our family all the way down to our 5 year old. He has been ridden down the highways, we have had in town and even though the bank drivethru and he is very traffic safe. Zeus is great on trails and he will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. He has a smooth jog, a VERY VERY nice easy to set lope, a good stop, turns a circle both ways and backs with ease! He has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Zeus is not cinchy, cold backed, does not crib or weave. In addition to riding, Zeus has also been driven down the highways as well. Zeus is not a myth, he is the real deal!!!
