ONLINE AUCTION Place your bids at PlatinumEquineAuction dot com $3500 starting bid Auction ends April 7th RBR Fiddle On Whiskey is a 2013 AQHA Gelding we call “Saint Jack” for his saintly ways. No matter what you want to do, you can count on Jack to have your back. He is a rock-solid & dependable guy. He’s been used for every aspect of ranch work, has toted kids around, and seen many different country sides. He will go through down timber, rocks and brush with ease, willingly crosses water, bridges, and travels safely through busy towns. Jack has helped guide hunts and been on many over night camping trips. Rides the same whether he’s in a group or out solo. He is an outstanding trail mount and has been a great asset to my personal riding lesson program. Jack has been used extensively for every day ranch chores. He’s had countless yearlings doctored off of him in the wheat pastures, drug calves to the fire at branding time, sorted in the feed yard, and gathered in big country. NOTHING phases him & his skill set is truly multifaceted. Young, old, novice, experienced and everybody in between have ridden and enjoyed Jack. His manners are amazing on and off his back. With horses, I know the big things really matter to people. Horses should be trained and know what a job is, but this one will win you over with all the small things, too. One of Jack’s best qualities is his ability to remain composed at all times. In spite of chaos, he manages to maintain his composure & think things through. His value is in his dependability. I could tell you 1000 stories to prove my point, but today as I was clipping him for his sale pictures, I realized how awesome he really is. He stood there, ground tied for the better half of 45 minutes while I crawled all under, over, between & through places that people probably just don’t belong. Jack never moved, reached for grass, or refused his new haircut. Just hanging out, relaxed as can be. Another one of my favorite Jack-xamples was the time I got my first English saddle & needed a horse to take it for a spin on. As a girl who has only ridden English a handful of times, you can imagine what that was like… But Jack did not fail me, providing an enjoyable experience as usual & I even took him over a few jumps! He is always amenable to whatever you want & I can really appreciate that in a horse, especially if you’re trying to build confidence or have kids/beginners around. He is exceedingly forgiving & understanding of riders that make mistakes or apply accidental cues. Jack stands 15.1 hands and is sturdily made. Up to date on all care, records are available. Teeth floated 2/25/24. He is 100% healthy and sound, is an easy keeper and gets along with all horses, ponies and dogs alike. Polite to shoe, bath, haul, stand tied, has been hauled to new places and is very comfortable and settled. You can’t go wrong with Jack.
