I have owned Doc Bar/Sugar Bar mare, Docs, for 20 years and she has done all types of trails plus moved cattle. I recently had knee surgery plus still work full time. Want her to get more exercise and love. Have successfully leased in past to experienced female riders who all fall in love with Docs. Tamarind Ranch is a beautiful and conveniently located barn with excellent indoor facilities, trails on site and nearby trails on 100 acres. I seek experienced rider who can also use my trailer. Lease is month to month and can be indefinite. Can ride, exercise or just hang out with Docs up to 3 times per week max. Prefer trail vs arena rider. Owner prefers to ride on weekends. Lessee can use my 2 horse bumper pull trailer. $250 if ride 1-2 times per week; $350 if 3 times. Tack available.
