Moshe is a red roan. However, thoroughbreds cannot be roan. My assumption is that she carries the rabicano gene making her “a skunk tail.” What I do know is that she is a super sweet mare with no vices. I bought her in the fall of 2022. After putting weight on her, I restarted her using Natural Horsemanship techniques. After that she has had professional training for over sixth months. She is a beautiful mover and would make a lovely dressage prospect. She has just been started over fences and has a big jump. She has a lot of potential but is still very green. She would need an experienced rider at this point. She is a thinker and does not panic easily. Moshe does very well in the indoor arenas, but is still adjusting to the outdoor environment. She is turned out in a mixed herd and has no issues with the other horses. I hardly can tell when she is in heat. She does need shoes and extra grain as most thoroughbreds do. She is UTD on veterinary care. Moshe loves to be fussed over and needs her own special person. At 71, I am too old to be that person, which is why I am selling her.
