It is hard for me to sit and write about this special mare, because she is a result of about 15 years of my breeding program. That is about how long ago I purchased her mother and shortly after that I purchased her sire Reeds Poco Vandyke. But I bred her mother "Daisy" to a couple of other stallions, then decided to try the Neal x Daisy cross in 2015. Neal passed away in March of 2016 and in April, Daisy had the cutest little grulla filly with the perfect amount of white. I named her Paisley. Unfortunately, she never got started under saddle because when Neal suddenly passed away in 2016, I kept all of the fillies he produced that year and did not have the time or resources to start them all under saddle. So, some I did, and some I just did preschool with and handled on a regular (daily) basis like all of our horses. Paisley has never been any trouble and she is one of the cutest / prettiest horses I have ever bred and raised...
