City is a 5-year-old mare, retired sound from racing after 3 starts. Her last race was in July 2022 and was retired because she was too slow to be competitive. City was bred and born on my farm and was just put back under saddle in February (due to owner's lack of time). She walks, trots and canters under saddle and lunges well. She is currently being ridden in a dressage saddle but has been ridden in English and Western tack. She is green but becoming more consistent in her gaits; learning to give to the bit and steady her tempo. She is a quick learner, has a kind personality, loves attention, baths, easy to worm, trailer loads and gets along with other horses. She is UTD on vaccines, dental, deworming and farrier (barefoot). City enjoys training and will advance quickly with someone that can spend more time with her. She is athletic and willing and could be your next barrel, hunter/jumper, or event horse.
