I am looking for a good home for my 2001 Swedish Warmblood. He has lots of personality. He is not suited for a beginner on the ground, but has done well with beginners riding him. He is currently very out of shape. My 2 year old is allergic to horses which has made it very hard for me to visit or ride him much in the last couple years. He will need someone to get the kinks out bringing him back into work, mostly just to work through ground manners. He has always been an easy ride for us. He has always been barefoot. He is not on any maintenance but would benefit from a joint supplement. He does fine outside full time, or with stall board. He does wear a cribbing collar, but will not crib with it on. He does not kick, bite, buck, or rear. He is trained to 2nd lvl dressage, but will need a few training rides to go properly off the aids again. I have only been on him once since last summer. I’m happy to answer any questions and to discuss in more detail where he’s currently at for riding. I have had him 20 years and known him since he was 3 months. I think he would make a great lesson horse or a great horse for an adult interested in dressage.
