Lovely percheron mare. She is currently in our lesson and therapeutic riding program, but we need to downsize to something for smaller kids. She goes w/t/c but it takes a lot to get her to canter in the arena. She is beginner safe if someone can steer and trot. I've had veterans who were beginners, an autistic boy, and other teenage riders on her and she is fine. Used her for some mounted archery. She is very safe but sometimes a little headstrong, typical of a big draft, so not great for smaller children. She goes english or western, direct rein, not neck rein. We were told she was a carriage horse in the past and she knows voice commands. She does very well on trail. Would be a great husband horse and she really likes men. She likes everyone and enjoys attention. No vices. No kick, buck, or bite, she is good with ground work and therapy work. She is barefoot and has good feet. Recently had her teeth done and feet are trimmed every 6 weeks. Does best in electric fence. Price is firm. See pictures of her on our website www.mosesmission.org and text for more pictures or info.
