Grade half Arab half quarter horse gelding. 17 years old and around 14.2 hands tall. Leads loads and ties great. Good for the farrier when worked with consistently. He is more woah than go but can pick it up when asked. I would not recommend for a very beginner rider as he sometimes needs the confidence from his rider when encountering new things. Traffic safe and sound. Is currently barefoot with strong hooves but has had shoes on before. Crosses water and most anything he comes across on a trail. He will pony other horses. Is not good with minis as he is afraid of them 😂. Does not like to live in a stall but does behave in one when he has regular turnout. Stays fat on air, doesn’t need consistent graining. We have been off of his back for 3/4 month periods and will ride out like nothing changed. We have too many and hard choices have to be made.
