Meet Olivia! Her registered name is Idothea Lokoda, but we call her Olivia. She is a 2009 registered Quarter Horse. Olivia is in prime shape and was inspected inside and out by a very good equine vet. She is sound for riding, breeding, or competition. Her teeth have just been done, and she is legged up with riding. We feel Olivia’s best attribute is how she makes you feel safe while trail riding. She has not spooked on the trail and is safe around traffic, ATVs, and dogs, as shown in the video. She shoes and trailers easily as well. Olivia’s coloring is amazing; she is a dark bay roan, and photos do not do this horse justice. Some ugly horses are photogenic, and some beautiful ones are even more beautiful in person than could ever be captured on film. Olivia is the latter. I bought her to breed with my Clydesdale stallion but had second thoughts when I wound up getting a Clydesdale mare as well, so I am going in that direction. Olivia is so well-trained that she deserves to be someone’s everyday ride. She is also the perfect size horse, around 14-2 or 3, depending on your measurement style, and is very thick. I am tall, 6’5”, so don’t judge her size compared to me! Please come meet Olivia if you can make it. We have an Air B&B on site and endless miles of trails you can test-ride her on. We are at equal distances to Springfield, MO, Airport or St. Louis Airport, so choose whichever is cheaper. Olivia is strong and fit enough to be trained for competitive disciplines or mountain trail riding but is gentle enough for grandma’s trail horse and would also throw awesome babies.
