Cammie is a 12 year old , 15hh, 1/4 Belgian 3/4 Quarter Horse mare. This big girl is extremely sturdy. Cammie is as pretty as they come, with a high white sock and a big blaze, she gets noticed everywhere we take her! This girl is a total ham, and a pleasure to have in the barn.
She’s good with dogs, kids, loud equipment, traffic, and will lead a group into the water. She loads right on and off the trailer without hesitation. This mare is very special and deserves a home that will appreciate her to the fullest!
In the ring, Cammie has a balanced walk, trot, and canter both directions. She knows how to relax and drop her head nicely, she has a nice neck rein and she carries herself extremely well. For her large size, she’s pretty athletic and will do and try whatever is asked. She can pick up the canter from a walk- and it’s the most comfortable canter in the barn! She always picks up the correct lead, and she strives to please. She takes up leg well, and is learning to move off leg pressure quickly. Whether you want to plod around on a loose rein, or pick up and work, this girl is ready to please.
This girl is like sitting on a big couch. She’s sure footed out on the trail and never takes a wrong step. She’ll even pop over logs and look cute doing it! If you want a tank of a horse, Cammie is your girl. She could be a suitable husband horse out on the trail, or she can turn on athletic mode in the arena she’s very versatile, fun to ride, and all around a great time. She will happily go in English or Western tack, and she’s always sure to look beautiful.
In the barn, Cammie is easy to handle and get along with. She has no bad stall habits, goes out in a mixed herd, and she is easy to bring in and turn out. Shes behaved for the vet and farrier, cross ties very patiently and is easy to tack up and groom. She’s a big lovable girl and someone’s going to be very lucky to get her. She’s a one of a kind type of horse. If you’re looking for personality this girl has enough to go around and she always makes us smile or laugh. She’s sound, has clean legs, great feet, up to date on coggins, vaccines and farrier care.
