Fancy Doc Tom Dunit is a 2020 model AQHA registered bay mare standing 14 hds tall . Fancy’s pedigree is packed with some of the greats including Genuine Dun It, he is the first NCHA money earning son of Hollywood Dun It (NRHA $65,809 and get earning in excess of five million dollars)out of Genuine Startlet (Produce earning over $77,000 and 224 points), still in Carol Rose's breeding program.
Fancy is ready for someone to take her and give her a full time job whether it be in the arena or out on the ranch . Fancy at a young age has an old soul like she’s 15 . She is classy enough to go to the show pen , she has the athletic ability to take her and make her a rope or barrel horse . We have used her outside a lot to gather , sort and load trucks on . She has a heart the size of Texas and will go all day long for you . Fancy has a solid foundation in the arena , she will walk , trot and lope beautiful circles , she always picks up the correct leads and has a big sliding stop on her , we have also been tracking the lead steer on her in the arena . Fancy will go down the trail with no issues at all she will cross , water bridges , logs , goes up and down hills . She has been rode down the hwy and in town with heavy traffic . Fancy is a crowd favorite when she goes to town she has been featured on business adds for local store owners . She will go wherever you point her . She wants to please and learn . She has been hauled multiple times to town to see the sights and handles it like a seasoned veteran. She has excellent ground manners and is just a nice mare to be around . She stays gentle even with time off . She is currently barefoot . She stands quite to be tacked up, for bathes and the farrier. Loads and unloads off the trailer perfect .
