I am offering up my 16.1 hand black paint gelding. Texas feels like he is still in his prime at the age of 25. This guy knows the barrel pattern well. I believe he would make a great "step up" horse for someone. No buck, kick or rear. He is not a 1D/2D barrel horse, you will find him sitting in the 3D/4D. Texas is the type of horse you tie up to the trailer and can comfortably walk away from and not have to worry about.
I know there is nothing more this horse wants than to be loved on every day and man does he deserve it. Texas has a heart of gold and I am so heartbroken to even be posting this, but he deserves to be used and loved on and unfortunately life for me does not allow that. Texas is not currently legged up, he's been on the back burner.
I do keep shoes on him in the front when riding a lot.
I will say he requires an intermediate rider because he can get excited at the barrel pen and let's face it, he is a big boy who has strength. Selling as grade due to never receiving his physical papers.
Again, I am offering him for sale due to no fault of his own, he is amazing to have around, but he deserves his person.
