So easy a TODDLER can do it!! They don’t come more safe and user friendly than Hollywood! He is one of those rare gems and a true UNICORN! He will go anywhere and do anything you ask of him. My two year old does is ALL with him; rides alone, leads, loads, pulls him on his little vehicles, takes him “mowing”, etc. Hollywood was the first horse that he ever rode completely by himself and he can stop and turn him all on his own which is very exciting for a little one. Hollywood is just such a saint! There is absolutely nothing complicated about him and he loves people, especially the kiddos!! Hollywood is great to ride out on his own or with a group and is always willing and happy to go new places. Ostrich, traffic, tarps, flags, other horses, exotics, you name it, he has seen and done it. He has been ridden English as well as shown in the video. He is a lot better English horse than I am an English rider these days so don’t dock him for that. He will happily ride on the bit, on a loose rein, or with nothing but a rope around his neck. This guy isn’t just a pretty face, he is BROKE!! Hollywood is quiet and well mannered in all situations but is not lazy and will move out with ease for someone that wants a bit of a step up. He is great for long trail rides, checking fences/cattle, and you’ll never have to worry about the kids or grandma getting hurt while out with him. I think he would be a blast to go camping on also! He has done some working cow horse, roping, and a ton of trail riding and toting little ones. He stands still to mount, will go over, under, or through anything. Traffic and loud noises don’t phase him in the least and he will carry a flag, tarp, or anything else you can strap to him with confidence. I have taken midnight rides in 20 degrees to find a horse that didn’t come up with the others during a major temperature drop. He is just always the steady eddy go to for whatever needs to be done or just a relaxing stoll down the road. If circumstances were different, he would stay here and be my sons horse but unfortunately I am needing to cut down on horses. Hollywood is sweet as can be and always wants to be with his person. He is used to being bathed and pampered and you can scrub him head to hoof with him ground tied. I just really can’t fault him!!
