This gorgeous gelding is confident on our busy trails including when dogs charge the fence right next to him. He has training in a bit of everything...western, lower level dressage and is confidently doing 2'+ courses including some flower fillers. He has been confident over fences without rushing. His lead changes have been started but he needs more work there. He will get them easily over a jump or a pole. On the flat, we have been working on his lateral movements for lower level dressage. For arena work, he needs someone who can continue his training to bring him farther along. While he can be lazy, he requires consistent exercise in order to maintain a calm demeanor. He is currently not ready for a beginner.
His ground manners are excellent. He does not care about the clippers and our farrier loves him. He currently wears plain front shoes only and stays fat easily.
