SM Bold First Knight “Luke” is a gorgeous Bay Blanketed Appaloosa gelding who is just 9 years old and stands 15,3 hands. Luke is more than just a pretty face – he’s the perfect trail companion. If you’re after a horse that not only looks stunning but also takes you safely wherever you want to go on the trail, he is your guy!
Luke is a true gentleman, sweet natured with good ground manners and beginner safe. He has been shown in Ranch Trail at local shows and at Appy World's, has been ridden in the mountains, and on Extreme Trail courses. Cows, ropes, and tarps don't bother him at all. He side passes, pivots, and handles well over poles. He will ride out alone or with a group. His calm demeanor will take care of any rider every time. He hauls and stands for the farrier without any fuss. Luke is not spooky at all—any member of my family could hop on him and take him for a spin. He is friendly and gets along with our three other geldings but is definitely a people horse. He has a sweet personality and is always looking to please. He will meet you at the gate and is easy to catch.
Luke does have a clubbed foot that is easily managed with a wedged shoe. He comes with X-rays from October 2022, is up to date on both Coggins and vaccines, and has recently had teeth floated and has been wormed.
He is located in Boise, Idaho. PPE and transportation are welcome at buyer’s expense.
