Beans is a 9 year old black pony gelding. Beans is broke to ride, lead line and pony. Beans will catch, lead, tie, lunge, and pick up his feet like a big horse. He has fabulous grounds manners. He has shown some good rhythm over poles and has the makings of a very nice all around pony. He is a higher energy pony.
Beans had mostly trail ridden and rides very soft in a halter or pony size bosal. He was used as a breeding stallion (in addition to riding him) until November of 2023, when he was gelded to be a companion and live in a mixed herd. He was an amazing well behaved and good minded stallion and is now an exceptional gelding. He prefers the company of mares but will house with other geldings, he tends to be dominant over geldings in a herd. Beans would excel as an intermediate to advanced kids pony and can go in any direction.
