Odin is a lovely horse and very eager to please. I had him trained to drive, hoping to use him for a wedding horse, but he doesn't have the dead-head temperament useful for a wedding horse. He does have the brain and movement for a dressage, trail, or working equitation horse though! H will walk/trot/canter under saddle. He's excellent on the trail and very careful going through water and over fallen trees as well as man-made trail obstacles. Has never offered to rear or buck and is happy in the front or back of the pack on the trail. He does have more "whoa" than "go" when it comes to arena riding, despite having a lovely, forward walk. He is a bit dead-sided, so leg-yielding will be a new concept for him. He has passed tests for vaulting as well. Loads in the trailer, bathes really well (even his face), is good for the farrier (doesn't need shoes) but needs work if you want to use clippers on his bridle path. I normally, just trim with scissors. Can be lead around by a 5-year-old and will love on you as much as you let him. Has a "puppy-dog" personality and is very enthusiastic to please.
