“Uncle Fred” is a babysitter type gelding anyone can ride. He will go whatever speed you ask him for and is not hard to get into the canter if the rider knows a little. Goes out on trail with a group or alone. Purchased for my 5yr old son who has zero interest in riding so Fred just sits most of the time except when we have friends or beginners come by. He is big enough for a small adult to ride but small enough for the kids to get on and off and not be intimidated. He could probably make a great gymkhana/ play day type horse for a kid but just needs to learn the patterns.
