S'mores is conformationally correct, sound, and cute as a button. She places first in halter classes above full-sized horses and is a favorite in the show ring. S'mores is a forward mover and excels in English and Gymkhana type events. Despite her small size, she possesses a strong motor and stride that can outpace most horses in her natural gate. Due to her forward nature, I recommend a confident rider or a lead-line handler for smaller children. S'mores stands tied all day, loads easily into the trailer, and behaves well with the farrier and vet. She takes oral medications without any issue, enjoys baths, grooming, and clips. She is an easy keeper, excels on the trail, goes through water and swims without hesitation, and jumps anything you point her at. S'mores is not easily spooked and does not buck, bolt, bite, or rear. In terms of cons, she may test boundaries by leading the handler to grass or attempting to go towards the gate if the rider/handler is not assertive enough. She can also become strong on the trail, but responds well to redirection with circles and eventually settles down. I am selling S'mores because I am downsizing my lesson program and no longer have a role for this beautiful, talented, and athletic mare. Located near El Dorado Hills Please, no tire kickers. PM me for additional information if you are serious about setting up an appointment to meet S'mores
