BF Glimmer is a beautiful, elegant Black Bay Canadian Warmblood Sport Horse Mare.
She recently turned 19, but you would never know it, as she is youthful in every way: Full of energy, sensitive, sweet and very forward, sound and barefoot. She requires a skilled, sensitive rider..light in the bridle and aids. She is not a beginner's horse. She does not buck, bite, bolt, kick or rear. She has an impressive engine, and has more go than whoa! She has 3 lovely gaits and is a ground-covering mover. She can jump quite well, But at 19, I would prefer she go to a home that is not primarily focused on competitive jumping over a few feet. She has been shown in jumpers, has some Dressage experience, and lately has been learning to enjoy Western Dressage. Less is more with this mare, She will listen to your soft aids. She can be a bit anxious when away from horse friends, but has trail experience in groups and alone. She loads, hauls, clips, stands at mounting block, loves grooming, and has good ground manners.
