Percy is a loving and playful gelding with a big personality who was born and raised at our home, Kaizen Farm. His partner, Kim, passed away and he is just not the right fit for our lower level english lesson program. We don’t want his amazing potential to go to waste and he deserves a new partner to love him. He has shown through novice eventing and training level dressage and is schooling first and second level dressage. He has not shown in years due to his owner's health issues but has been ridden consistently at home. He will come along quickly with an ambitious mid-level rider. He has a beautiful walk, trot, and canter and loves all of the lateral work too. He has jumped and done trails, but has primarily focused on dressage the last few years. We want to find him a wonderful next partner who will love him like Kim loved him! This person will need to be a strong and confident rider to work with such a big and powerful horse. They will want to establish a partnership with him both mounted and unmounted and to take him once again on all the life adventures Kim did with him and wanted for him! He is barefoot and has sturdy, great feet. His only maintenance is Adequone to help with his hock arthritis, but he does not have any lameness issues.
