Huck is a 2023 bay tobiano gelding by Forest Midnight Comet. He strings to a solid 15h and is already fairly stout. Huck has great bone and thick, solid feet. He’s very well balanced, has natural sliding stops and can turn on a dime. He does all the basics: leads, ties, stands for vet and farrier, bathes, loads, hauls, etc.. He’s working on the basics of lunging, has had saddle pads thrown on his back, has had pressure around his girth and the only thing stopping him from being ready to be started is his age and size. Huck is super easy to work with, he is quick with new tasks and eager to learn.

With his trainability, athleticism, and eye-catching flash, Huck will be your go-to for every event! He has the stop and build to make an awesome rope horse, the quick thinking for working cow, and the movement for reined cow. Western events not your forte? That’s no problem for Huck! He is going to make an amazing English horse. He’s steady and rhythmic enough for hunter/jumper, athletic and surefooted enough for cross country, and would be a great lower level eventer. He’s going to be a jack of all trades, suitable for all events. Would be awesome for an amateur looking for a horse to do it all with, or someone who just wants to have fun.
