Meet Koozie a 5 year old 15.2 hand dapple grey and white draft cross paint gelding. He is absolutely GORGEOUS in every way and such a good boy. He is sweet, personable, and gentle. Koozie stays quiet and easy to handle. Koozie rides western, bareback and English. He can be ridden by any rider of any level. He will walk on a loose rein all day, and move out when asked. Koozie is as comfortable as riding your lazy boy chair at every gait! He will go over small jumps in arena or fallen logs on trails. He is a trail master, will go anywhere he's pointed. He'll take you through the deepest water to cool off, into thick woods, or walk you right into town. He is alway on his best behavior and turns every head he passes. They don't make them any prettier than him. Koozie has been desensitized to the flapping tarp, bouncing ball, And whipping flags! Koozie has also been used out on the ranch to gather and has doctored cattle in the pasture and been to the branding pen. This big boy travels like a horse half his size, he neck reins, collects while backing up, and uses his hind quarters when stopping. He will yield his hindquarters and responds to leg pressure. He catches both his leads effortlessly and lopes pretty perfect circles. Koozie can do rollbacks and lope right off. He has been an absolute joy to have at our ranch he will be greatly missed. Koozie cross ties, clips, bathes and is good for the farrier. He loads up easy and travels well. This gentle giant could go on to do great things. He has the soft, kind eye that makes a great horse.
