Looking for a safe and cheap project?

Beyoncé is a 7 yr old, 14 hh, Arabian mix. She is very in your pocket and loves to please people. She knows all the basic groundwork and has had 7 rides so far.
On the ground she is a lot more go than woah but under saddle she is pretty lazy.
I weigh 170 and she carries me very well.
She has not offered to bite, bolt, or buck under any circumstances.

Groundwork Beyoncé knows:
Lunges both ways (W/T/L)
Picks up both leads
Flexes with bit and halter
Cowboy turn around
Yeilds hindquarters
Ties
Trailers
Bathes
Picks up all 4 feet
Gives into the bit when lunging

Under saddle she can:
Turn both ways
Flex
Move hindquarters
Moves forward with leg pressure(W/T)
Backs but it takes her a little bit to understand what you are asking her to
