Misty
Misty is a 7 year old 16.3 hh OTTB mare. She has been in training for 6 months with me. She is smart and willing. She loves to work. She is sensitive and can have opinions but is not mean. She needs an intermediate to advanced rider and someone who has experience working with OTTB. Shes a beautiful mover with a beautiful jump. Her owners are green and unfortunately she is not a good match for them. With the right person and continuing in the right program she could be a top horse. Misty can go any direction including dressage . She is green but good on trail. She is a red ribbon horse but once she knows her herd mates she is sweet to them. Meaning with correct incorporation she could go in a multi horse pen. She went to her first show at Thoroughbred classic last year and was .60 champion. She is wonderful off property. No vices. The ideal situation would be an onsite feed lease so that she can continue to develop while her owners can continue lessons and eventually meet in the middle. We would consider offsite lease to someone I know and trust. Open to sale if perfect home. The owners love her very much it just unfortunately was a poor pairing so we are trying to find a resolve that ultimately is in Misty’ best interest.
