Corvino is a stunning 3/4 Friesian sired by Martzen VDH (17.3h) and out of our Friesian/Belgian mare, Dark Takari (16.2h). He is a sweet boy with a fun, mischievous personality. From Jan-March 2023 he was in training under saddle where he was exposed to riding thru sagebrush, cattle and having a rope swung off him. Due to an unrelated injury, I have been unable to continue his riding training and so, he is being sold as LIGHTLY started. I never planned to sell him but since I can no longer ride, he's too nice to be a pasture ornament! Corvino's upright stance makes him appear much larger than he is, but he is easy to handle, being very attentive and responsive to his handler. He stands tied, loads easily and hauls without issue. Farrier comes every 8 weeks for trims, has had 1 set of shoes last spring but is kept barefoot. He 3 strong gaits with lots of reach and loves to come running in to meet you at the gate.
