“Sky” is a beautiful, all around 7 year old APHA registered mare. She’s got great conformation and a sweet personality. If your looking for a cute little horse that you can mess around on and try new things with, she is your girl. Last year I showed her in 4h. She was quite fond of the shows and is very solid while out in new environments. Has gone out on trails throughout neighborhoods in groups and alone and acts the same either way. She has the most training in western riding, but has been used a bit for dressage and jumping. Sky is a very sweet and social mare that gets along well with people and other horses. One great thing about Sky is that she doesn’t scare very easily. While Sky is solid she does require a calm, quiet, and confident intermediate rider. Under saddle she can have a bit of an attitude so knowing some technical stuff and being confident is essential. Once you gain her trust and she knows her boundaries she becomes a fun solid horse. But but being an intermediate rider or above is a must.
